Key Responsibilities:Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone callsManaging diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executiveBooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationOrganising events and conferencesReminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinesTyping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondenceManaging databases and filing systemsImplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsLiaising with staff, suppliers and clientsCollating and filing expensesMiscellaneous tasks to support Financial Director & Legal Advisor/HR Manager with business and personal matters.Pull bank statements & load bank payments.Reconciliation of credit card statements & Diesel accountsPurchases of cleaning products & office supplies· Purchases & control over the tuck shop HR DutiesPreparation of Warnings, appointment contracts, hearingsCompiling of HR documents to be send to payroll.Drafting Job descriptions.Advertise vacancies.Dealing with recruitment agenciesConfirm and book interviews. Skills required:Good knowledge of accounting principlesComputer literate, MS Office proficientFluent in Afrikaans & EnglishEfficient, organised, accurateDetail orientated / meticulous attention to detail requiredAbility to multi-taskDeadline orientedHardworking and willing to go the extra mileGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong personalityReliable own transport
