VACANCY: PERSONAL ASSISTANT / ADMIN COORDINATORExperience: Must have at least 5 years experience with multiple directors.Essential Skills:Minute takingTravel bookingsCredit cards reconciliationEvent organisationMeeting hostingKey Responsibilities and Tasks:Implement the Company policyEnsure daily rates are adhered toManage queriesSave cost without compromise on employee safetyBook training accommodation eventsAssist with event co-ordinationTraining at Head Office organisationAssist all departments with letters, reports, documents & correspondenceUpdate supplier BBBEE certificates & maintain databaseComplete vendor applicationsObtain submission documentationManage photocopier stats, toners, etc.Office Supplies Management:Ensure tea, coffee, milk, etc. are stockedManage cleaning suppliesOversee toilet necessitiesLanguage Requirements: English/Afrikaans required - BilingualAdditional Requirements:Own transport is a must as may need to collect/drop off tenders occasionally.The person needs to be organised, able to plan, and adapt to changes.Must be professional but have an open mind as the setting is construction and a very male-dominated environment.Must be well presented and professional.
