Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or other relevant qualification.SAP HR Certification.8 years SAP reporting experience.3 - 6 years' experience on SAP People & Culture Management (HCM) experience, including Payroll, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management. Learning Solutions Optimization (LSO), Competency Management and Employee Self-service (ESS) / Managers Self-service (MSS), Performance Management.3 - 6 years knowledge of systems security protocol, policies and procedures.Critical Competencies:Database Administrative PrinciplesBusiness Process ManagementPolicy and Procedures in I.T environmentKnowledge of SAP HCAdditional Requirements:Knowledge of the Business Environment People & CultureSAP Query writingBasic Conditions of Employment ActKnowledge of Corporate GovernanceKnowledge of Labour LegislationSAP AuthorizationNeed troubleshooting skills to be able to solve problems quickly and completelyPlease note that if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application that your application was unsuccessful.
