Job Specification: Senior Internal RecruiterPosition: Senior Internal RecruiterDepartment: Human ResourcesReports to: HR ManagerLocation: Head OfficeApplicable to: Cash Crusaders Group and subsidiaries thereunderRole Summary:The Senior Internal Recruiter will lead and manage the recruitment process for both corporate and field positions within Cash Crusaders.
This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and securing high-quality talent that aligns with the company's culture and values, contributing to our commitment to people's growth and development.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for various roles, ensuring alignment with Cash Crusaders' values and business goals.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking, to build a strong talent pipeline.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct interviews using both behavioral and competency-based techniques to assess candidate fit.Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.Talent Pipelining: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.Employer Branding: Work with the marketing team to promote Cash Crusaders as an employer of choice.Data and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and provide regular reports.Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.Qualifications and Experience:Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or retail environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Basic understanding of recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).Awareness of current recruitment trends and best practices.Key Competencies:Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.Adaptability: Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities.Results-Driven: Focused on achieving recruitment goals and targets.Cultural Alignment: Committed to Cash Crusaders' values and people's growth.This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who is passionate about finding and nurturing talent.
