Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for our client in Johannesburg.Ensure New Employee Starter packs as received from HR are completed correctly and that no documents are outstanding before capturing information on the payroll system.Update Payroll System with New Employee information as received by HR and ensure that the employee's package breakdown is captured correctly in the payroll system.Ensure accurate processing of Bonus and Leave payments.Submit correct documentation to Schemes (Medical Aid, Safrican, Sure Afrika,MIBFA, etc.) in respect of employees' status (new engagements, terminations, changes in beneficiaries, etc.)Upload monthly pension/provident fund contributions schedule to Mibfa.Accurate capturing of all Wages Inputs on to payroll and T/A System, which includes annual leave, sick pay , family responsibility leave , etcScrutinise wage inputs to ensure correct documentation is received in terms of all leave applications, changes to rates of pay , etc .Interpretation and application of Main Agreement.Prepare banking paperwork and transfer wages net pays to the distribution bureau (FIHRST)Administers all deductions accurately as received.Deal with queries on all aspects of payroll and benefits.Ensure all 3rd party payments are made before the due dates.Provide advice to employees in respect of all benefits which includes Company Policies, etcPrinting, despatching of payslips.Ensure all new employees are loaded on the T/A System and all leavers are terminated.All absences are accounted for against leave forms received versus clockings on the T/A System.All no clocks are accounted for as per Audit Requirements.Reports to meet deadlines (if applicable) and to conform to the requirements of managers, etc.Ensure Payroll Department is fully equipped with all stationery requirementsAny and all other tasks as assigned by the Payroll Manager.RequirementsMatric, Payroll Administration Certificate advantageousMinimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in processing Weekly Payrolls.Experience with T/A Systems ( preferably Jarrison Time )Sage 300 Non-NegotiableComputer literate (Excel and Word)Basic administrative skillsDesired SkillsSage 300T/A SystemsWeekly payrollDesired Qualification LevelGrade 12 / MatricAbout The EmployerWe are passionate professionals driven to provide Payroll and HR solutions that deliver true business value to your organisation.Our proven track record and expertise will enable you to maximise your return on investment on any Sage Payroll & HR implementation.Partner with a Talent Team that suits your customised needs.
