***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*** Join a premium brand as a Parts Manager, leading and managing the parts department to drive sales growth and ensure smooth operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of 5 years of Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership. Key qualifications include expertise in warehousing operations, traffic regulations, market trends, and financial legislation, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for developing sales systems, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high ethical standards while focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth. Job RequirementsMatric CertificateA valid Drivers LicenseMinimum of 5 years of Parts Management experience in a franchised motor dealership.A Strong understanding of warehousing operations, traffic rules, and regulations.Proficiency in English. Solid computer and systems skills (Working knowledge of a DMS). Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, market trends, and competitor analysis. Thorough understanding of financial legislation, including usury law.A strong focus on business viability, growth and customer value.
