We're looking for a dynamic Social Media and Admin Assistant to join our team and help us grow our online presence and support our operations.Job OverviewWe're seeking a proactive and organized Social Media and Admin Assistant to manage our social media channels and provide essential administrative support. This role combines creativity with organizational tasks, ideal for someone looking to work in a flexible, hybrid role with a meaningful mission. You'll work primarily remotely, with one office day per week.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.Create and post graphics and engaging content tailored to each platform.Manage and moderate our new Facebook Group aimed at expanding our reach and building an active community.Utilize social media growth tools to support the founders in expanding their LinkedIn networks.Administrative SupportMaintain our CRM system by updating client and candidate information.Assist with website updates and content management.Support the founders with executive and HR administrative tasks.Coordinate deliveries, orders, and event planning.Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
