* Applicable tertiary Tourism or Lodge Management qualification
* Min 3yrs in equivalent position in 4 or 5-Star Game Lodges
* Understanding and ability to manage all lodge departments
* Fluent in english (read, write, speak)
* A passion for the service industry and apmlifying guest experiences
* Attention to details and an understanding of guest delight and touch-points
* Good financial acumen and stock controls
* Excellent administration and computer skills
* A guiding qualification/background will be beneficial
