Paralegal - Deceased Estates And Conveyancing

We are a boutique law firm specializing in deceased estates and property transfers.
We require the services of a paralegal with at least 3 years experience in deceased estate administration and conveyancing. This position is not entry-level.
The ideal candidate would be:

Well presented, customer service driven with a friendly and pleasant personality;
At least three years experience in deceased estate administration and conveyancing;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as no training will be provided.
