RESPONSIBILITIES: Packaging planning and scheduling Optimisation of operational efficiencies Packaging schedules and planning and distribution thereof to key personnel Development and Implementation of company policies and principles Ensuring high standards of health and safety practices Budget management (packaging, labour, marketing) Management of audits Management of costs/controls Compliance to quality assurance standards Optimal pack-out percentages Quality control and food safety Team building, motivation, and management Time and production management MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric A tertiary qualification will be advantageous 5 years experience in similar role in a citrus and/or table grape industry Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Good knowledge of food safety & HACCP Good mechanical understanding ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise Excellent time management and organisational skills Attention to detail Fully bilingual Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and become involved TO APPLY: If your background matches the requirements and you would like to apply or receive more information, please: click on the "Apply" button or
