SPA MANAGER - Hotel SpaHOEDSPRUIT - Limpopo (South Africa)START: A.S.A.PTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:Monday - Sunday 09:00 - 18:0045 hours worked per week Hospitality environment - trading all public holidaysFlexibility is keyPACKAGE POTENTIAL & BENEFITS:R30,000 per month (NEG)Performance Incentive BonusStaff meal on dutyMedical aid contribution (Discovery / single application status only)Provident Fund contributionone month accommodation assistance available upon joiningMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSSpa Management experience in Day Spa / Hotel Spa or Cruise Ship SpaOwn reliable vehicle and valid driver licenseAbility to work shifts as required seasonally (including major holidays)Beautifully groomed, well presented and professional appearanceCertification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Minimum FIVE years experience in a spa environment (hotel / day spa / ship spa)Minimum TWO full years in a senior / management capacity Cruise ship employment experience highly beneficial (but not essential)Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammarSpa software experience, must be computer literate & confidentAble to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainingsAble to lead and develop employees and servicesAbility to give timely and excellence spa and salon services at all timeKnowledge of spa and salon proceduresAbility to focus attention on guest needsAbility to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa and SalonAbility to perform job functions with minimal supervisionKnowledge of and ability to sell spa products
