Minimum Requirements: Must be able to interview in person in George. Open to SA Citizens with a minimum of 3 years in Hotel/Catering Management, preference to EE candidates. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Administration Client Liaison HR/IR related work Financial Management Food production and service Hygiene & Quality Standards Management of Human Resources Purchasing & Stock Control Self-Management Systems and Controls Attributes and Competencies: Calculation Conceptualisation Conflict Resolution Negotiation Feedback to Head Office and externally Self-Motivation Time Management Qualifications: At least 3 years of management experience in a Lodge, Hotel, Resort, or Catering Firm. Financial Knowledge (Minimum 3 years). Food Preparation Protocols. At least 3 years of F&B experience in the hotel catering field. Driver's Licence. Diploma in Hospitality Management. EE candidates are preferred and should be available immediately.
