The Operations Team Lead will work on developing an operational strategy with the aim of strengthening our club position in all regions, increasing participation and loyalty, a strategy around our elite athletes, our annual road. This role will also be responsible for guiding, mentoring and managing a talented, growing Team.With Hollywoodbets, You Will:Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring:Valid Drivers License.At least 3 years' experience in Management, Communication, or club management.At least 2 years' experience in a Leadership/ Management role.What You'll Do For The Brand:Creation of an annual operational plan for all events, races, time trials.Development of an annual recruitment plan, registration process across all regions.Management of all kit sales, ordering, stock management and reporting.Monitoring of all event costs, approvals and reporting.Database development of all members.Work closely with marketing, social media, events, sponsorship, elite and public relations ensuring that the club is viewed in alignment with brand expectations.Management of idea generation and implementation of projects.Manage all events and handovers.Manage, mentor and develop team, processes and procedures across various regions.Manage and form relevant committees, committee meetings, agendas and minutes for all regions in accordance with the relevant athletics associations.Work closely with the elite club manager ensuring compliance and reporting on all elite activities.Conduct market research and interpret the results, using these to inform strategies and plans.Manage and build relationships with Teams internally, clients and stakeholders in various regions.Budget and expenditure control as well as budget forecasting.Ongoing competitor analysis and reporting and sharing insights with the business to inform key decisions.Responsible for providing direction, setting KPI's, conducting performance reviews and leading the Team daily.Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Displays a positive attitude.Adapts to change and is open to new ideas and willing to take on new responsibilities.Able to handle pressure and can effectively adjust plans to meet changing needs/demands.High level of creativity and focus.Impressive planning, organisational and time management skills.Good business acumen and high ethical work standards.Ability to multitask and always show initiative.Excellent presentation and reporting skills.What You'll Bring To The Team:Attention to detail.Follows through and delivers results in spite of obstacles.Managing and prioritising activities and ensure monitoring of results to accomplish a specific goal.Excellent communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent time management skills.Making customer/ clients needs a primary focus of one's actions.Exceeding the clients' expectations regarding service delivery.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
