Regional Manager - Durban (Delthorn)

Delthorn is looking to fill a permanent position for a Regional Manager in a successful retail butchery chain.

The following criteria must be met by candidates applying for the above position: A minimum of 5 – 10 years of Butchery experience, and previous experience in a Regional position will be an advantage.Be a self-starter and successfully manage multiple stores and workforce.Problem-solving and leadership abilities.Developing company strategies and growing sales while controlling expenses.Improving customer service, driving store sales, and increasing profitability.Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, and merchandising.Have good to advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, and internet proficiency.Have contactable references.Clean sober habits.Must have a valid driver's licence.
