General Manager

The Print Shop is seeking an experienced General Manager to run the Durban North Branch. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store ranging from employee supervision and management, performance management, sales management, and production management.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.Ensure employees are supervised and managed according to their KPI's and targets.Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are followed.Ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly reports are issued timeously.Ensure targets are met (Sales and Production).The ability to work independently to ensure that the daily operational requirements are met.Ensure customer service and quality standards are met.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 3-5 years experience in a management role.Experience in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills and accountability.Excellent computer skills (experience with CRM systems).Attention to detail and problem solving.Deadline driven.Integrity and honesty.Must have a car and a valid driver's license.If you meet the above requirements, please apply online or submit your CV to ******.
