Our client within the temporary employment services sector, seeks to employ an experienced candidate for the role of Operations Supervisor – to be based in PretoriaMinimum Skills and Experience:Completed Matric Certificate3+ years' experience in HR/ IR at supervisory level – a requisiteCertificate in IR/ HR would be highly advantageousAbility to converse in; English, Xhosa and AfrikaansWorking knowledge of MS Office suiteAbility to engage with both clients and staffKnowlege of the wage payroll processMust be prepared to work afterhours, as and when requiredKey Duties and Responsibilities:The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;Liaise with clients in regards to staffing requirementsEngage with clients and staff on site; following up with the client in regards to staff conductReceiving of timesheets and ensuring accuracy of information received and sign off by all relevant personsResponsible for resolving any issues relating to pay disputes, etc.Ensuring that the database is up to date at all times; maintaining accurate records for access by all internal staffScreening of applications for suitability against client requirementsPreparation of candidate applications and typing of CV's for submission to clientsCoordinating any interviews and assessments between stakeholdersAre you the person for the job?
