Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of 12 branches across KZN and Eastern Cape, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Drive performance improvements and operational efficiency across all branches.
Provide regular management reports, including performance metrics and operational insights.
Manage and support branch managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for expanding business and improving client satisfaction.
Address operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to branch operations.
Handle budget management and financial planning for operational needs.
Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all branches.
Qualifications and Skills: Own transport (essential for traveling between branches).
Proven experience in managing operations across multiple branches or locations.
Strong understanding of micro-lending industry operations, or similar financial services experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in budget management and performance reporting.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of compliance and industry regulations.
Compensation: R50,000 per month basic salary .
5% profit share incentive (which can double or triple your salary based on performance).
Location: Based in Ballito , managing branches in KZN and Eastern Cape.
