Our client is looking to employ an Operations Manager to lead and manage the Sales, General Operations, and HR departments of the company in an effective and precise manner. The successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient business operations and be committed to fostering a positive work environment by contributing to the company's culture, employee well-being, and business processes.This role demands a leader with proven experience in running their own business or serving in a senior capacity such as a CEO or General Manager.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Direct and oversee day-to-day operations in the Sales, General Operations, and HR departments.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to achieve performance targets.Problem-solving: Address and resolve operational challenges with analytical and innovative approaches.Interpersonal Communication: Maintain strong communication channels across all departments to ensure alignment with company goals.HR Oversight: Guide and support the HR department in policy development, employee relations, and organizational development.Sales Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and enhance customer communication skills.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of running a business or serving as a CEO/General Manager.Skills:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Additional Requirements:Deep understanding of HR processes and sales operations.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.A valid driver's license.Able to commute easily to and from Montague Gardens offices.Benefits:Car allowanceMedical aidRetirement FundRetention bonus payable after 3 years.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
