Purpose of role:We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery solutions toour clients within the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-dayoperations, maintaining existing relationships with customers, partners and vendors, reporting to theManaging Director. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company, working with executives (Project Managers, Consultants, Admin, Finance etc) to ensure business operations are not. disrupted. Service Delivery Solutions: Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs and exceed their expectations. Project Management: Lead service delivery projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Manage Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. Leadership: Manage and mentor team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Performance Evaluations: Conduct staff performance evaluations and salary reviews. Recruitment: Champion the recruitment of new staff to build a strong team. Tender Management: Oversee the tender response team to ensure timely and competitive submissions. Budget Support: Assist the Managing Director with budget preparation and execution. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior executives. Relevant experience within the ICT sector (SAP and ITIL knowledge and experience are preferred). Proven experience in ICT operations management and service delivery, with a focus on client solutions. Strong background in project management and team leadership.
