THE TOP PRIORITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures.Leading and managing teams of blue-collar workers, providing guidance and support to facilitate their growth.Analysing workflows to optimize efficiency and implement structured processes.Monitoring performance metrics and generating reports related to vehicle usage, staff overtime, and operational costs.Serving as the primary point of contact between high-end clients and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of client instructions.Innovating and problem-solving to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.Planning and managing staff schedules, vehicle usage, and overtime in advance.Motivating, mentoring, and assisting staff in their development.THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO: Oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams of blue-collar workers, and ensure efficient execution of tasks. Highly Beneficial:Code 10 drivers license and Professional Driving Permit (PdP).Ability to speak African languages.A background in disciplined environments, such as the military, police force, or similar fields.
