Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager - AfricaLocation: Johannesburg, South AfricaROHA, a leading multinational company in the manufacture and marketing of colors and food ingredients, is looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Africa. With a presence in 22 countries and manufacturing facilities across 14, ROHA is at the forefront of innovation, serving clients in over 130 countries. Our focus is on delivering high-quality products, from natural extracts to synthetic colors, while adhering to global standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage local and international purchases of raw materials and packaging materials.Oversee the dispatch of client orders across South Africa and other African countries.Plan and monitor delivery routes to ensure efficient use of company vehicles.Conduct monthly stock counts of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging.Manage production, blending, and repacking to align with client forecasts and sales history.Collaborate with the Technical Manager on stock adjustments and blend corrections.Ensure the maintenance of production machinery and delivery vehicles.Handle product returns, credit notes, and client audits.Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, including FSSC 22000 compliance.Support budget preparation for operational activities alongside the Regional Head of Africa.Maintain accurate documentation of sales orders, invoices, and client price master on SAP.Ensure timely payments in collaboration with the Finance Department.If you're an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, logistics, and production, and you're looking to make an impact in a global setting, we want to hear from you!
