Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily manufacturing and logistics operations for optimal efficiency
Manage financial processes, including budgets and performance analysis
Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring full legal compliance.
Develop and implement operational policies aligned with organizational goals
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and growth
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); additional business/finance qualifications is advantageous
5-7 years in operations management (manufacturing/ distribution)
Proficient in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Office Suite
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Must be fluent in Afrikaans (as required by the client)
