diploma or degree in operations / business managementMinimum 7 years working experience in a similar roleMinimum of 3 years middle management experience is requiredKnowledge and experience in related waste management and recyclingHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office is essentialValid drivers license and own vehicleA willingness to, at times, work on holidays / weekends and evenings if operations
