Position: Operations Manager – EquipmentHire Resolves client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee their equipment department in Klerksdorp, North West. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment management and operations, with the ability to lead a team and ensure operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the equipment departmentSupervise and manage a team of equipment technicians and operatorsEnsure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer guidelinesCoordinate with other departments to ensure equipment is available as needed for productionManage inventory and budget for equipment maintenance and repairsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesOversee training and development of equipment team membersPerform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team membersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in equipment management or operationsProven leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a teamStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of equipment maintenance and safety regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareIf you meet the requirements and are interested in joining the team, please submit your resume and cover letter.
