Loglive (Pty) Ltd is a software company providing a platform to the logistics and exporting industries by streamlining the import, clearance, trade, and logistical operations.We are looking for a Operational Coordinator to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support by ensuring the customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our product.Technical support by resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Develop user guides and resources to assist customers in navigating the product.Provide customer training during and after implementation of the software.Skills Required:Pro-active approach to work, clients, and problem solving.Excellent communication skills.Proficient technical skills.Knowledge and understanding of the industry.Experience/Qualifications:Experience in the fruit export or logistics industry will be advantageous.Tertiary and/or industry-related qualification would be an advantage.Matric.Salary Expectation: Market-related salary.Must be able to work in our Paarl office.
