Our client, a thriving non-profit, is looking for an individual with a track record in fundraising, relationship development and project delivery, who wishes to develop their strategic management experience with a leadership role in a growing organisation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (communications, business administration, non-profit management, sales or related field). Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
He/she would preferably have:

A proven track record of initiating and building successful working relationships with a range of stakeholders across government and industry.
Demonstrated an ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders on a range of corporate and policy issues, including how it might impact their organisation.
Demonstrated an ability to work effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders to initiate projects and capture opportunities.
Experience in project and/or organisational management.
A background in sales, with the ability to build consensus and influence.
Demonstrated proficient facilitation and public speaking skills.
An eagerness to help implement sustainable and effective business practices.

The successful candidate would need to have the ability to work under pressure and have sound problem solving skills to succeed in this vibrant team.
