Job detailsHere's how the job details align with your profile.Job typeFull-timeLocationRosslyn, GautengFull job descriptionEducation/RequirementsGrade 12 (or equivalent) with English fluency (Written and spoken)Qualification in business/logistics/operations managementWorked in the logistics/supply chain environment for 2 - 5 yearsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesMS Office spreadsheets and graphics – strong Excel skillsSAP knowledge and experience advantageousNo criminal recordDuties and Key ResponsibilitiesFiling management of all paperwork related to OperationsHandling HO finance queries pertaining to PO's and vendors, reconciling/compiling finance docs and billingLiaising with all stakeholders regarding all purchase orders from head office and vendorsInvoicing all Motor Plan & Warranty job cards of SAPCheck that all the parts booked on job cards under Motor Plan Warranty are correctCheck payments on Motor Plan & Warranty after claim is submittedEnsure all Motor Plan & Warranty used parts are sent backCapturing all leave and Employee hours on ESS – submitting relevant documentation to Head officeSorting all pay queries from EE's and dealing with customer service and queriesHandling all insurance claims, damages, and being a Petty cash custodianHandling local vehicle fleet; all maintenance, repairs, and license renewalsOrdering container packing stock/inventoryDelivering documents to SARS (Customs) when neededInvoice job cards on a daily basis when availableJob Type: Full-timeEducation:Experience:Business/logistics/operations: 2 years (Required)
