Fabrication Manager

Our manufacturing client in Balfour, seeks a strong Fabrication Manager to lead a team of skilled fabricators, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and supporting the factory and maintenance teams with continuous improvement projects.
Requirements: Technical qualification in fabrication, welding, or mechanical engineering.
A Red Seal certification (Boilermaker, Welder, or similar) is preferred.
5 years+experience in a fabrication or mechanical engineering role,  At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity Proficiency in welding, cutting, and other metal fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of fabrication equipment.
