Role Info:Operations Administrator – Full Training Provided
Crowthorne, Berkshire
£18,000 – £25,000 Depending on Experience
Full Time – Permanent
Hours: 08.45 – 17.45, Monday – Friday
Level: Entry Level / Junior
Product / Service: Leading provider of technical experts and engineers in delivering fibre optic solutions to ISPs, Universities, Data Centres, Network Carriers and Public and Private Enterprises.
Clients include: Typically Public Sector, Large SMEs and Corporate Enterprises including the likes of Jaguar Land Rover, BT, Virgin Media & University of Cambridge.
About Us: We are Fibre Technologies and have over 30 years experience in the design, installation and maintenance of fibre optic infrastructure, enabling organisations to upgrade and expand their networks to support the ever-increasing demand for greater bandwidth.
The Operations Administrator Role:
This is an excellent entry-level training and development opportunity to join our team to provide back office, operational and logistics support to our day-to-day activities.
What your day might look like:Utilising the internal customer management software to track all order processesProcessing orders and completing customer transactionsCommunicating with customers, answering queries and resolving problemsOwning the Goods In and Goods Out processesBuilding strong relationships with customers and suppliersMaintaining, reconciling and updating stock recordsDealing with returns and product loansCollating and producing reports for managementDay-to-day back office supportGreeting and assisting any visitors that come to the officeBooking and scheduling MOT/Services for our fleetAbout You:Previous experience in a similar administration position is desirable but not essentialBasic to mid-level understanding of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel and Word)Willingness to learnExcellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelinesStrong problem-solving abilities and the desire to create positive customer experiencesSounds like a good fit?
