Qualifications and Skills:* Matric* A relevant post school qualification in E-commerce will be an advantage* Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail (preferably with a focus on e-commerce)* Strong computer literacy* Familiarity with AS400 will be a plus* Must have a valid driver's licenseCore Competencies:* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English* Assertive with proactive approach to tasks* Creative problem solving and innovative thinking* Ability work under pressure while maintaining performance standards* Strong customer service orientation and relationship management* Excellent organizational and time management abilities* Experience or knowledge in SEO (search Engine Optimization) a plus
