Details of the offer

Will be responsible for the day to day running of the office of a small to medium sized company in the FMCG industry.Duties:Work closely with the Warehouse Manager assisting with de-briefing drivers, check deliveries are scheduled and booked, routing, workers time sheets, etc.General Administration.Assist Bookkeeper where required i.e. invoicing, stock etc.General PA function to management.Compile reports on Excel spreadsheets.General purchasing of office supplies etc.Deal with couriers.Inherent Requirements:Matric and additional qualification preferred.General Office Management experience with a focus on warehouse assistance i.e. de-briefing drivers, check deliveries are scheduled and booked, routing, etc.Some General Accounts experience.Strong administration experience.General accounts knowledge – send statements, ensure payments are up to date, monies collected etc.Able to multi-task across various day to day activities, able to prioritize.Meticulous, pay attention to detail.Strong Excel working knowledge i.e. able to compile reports, spreadsheets, formulas etc."Quickbooks" working knowledge a plus, or any accounting package knowledge definite benefit.Assertive, able to work effectively in a busy environment.FMCG experience would be a benefit.
