Technical Competencies & Experience: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and fault-finding skills. Computer Literate Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint Basic understanding of Accounts ie Invoices, Statements Duties: Assist in general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation management Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Handle sensitive information and maintain the utmost discretion. Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring that the CEO stays on top of critical responsibilities Address various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Behavioural Competencies: Accountable and Trustworthy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach Excellent people skills and EQ.
