About the role:
The purpose of this role is to take full accountability and ownership for the daily operational control, coordination, communication, performance management and quality assurance of nominated field services teams and projects. The objective of the role to is to ensure industry leading executional services, real time reporting and problem solving for all strategic clients and products, including both brands and retailers.
Role and Responsibilities:
Planning & Management:

Communicate expectations clearly and consistently with all nominated field services teams
Ensuring all regional field services teams adhere to the daily operational guidelines & procedures
Daily operations coordination, route and job card planning with the ability to prioritize urgent changes / interventions to deliver for the client
Assisting in the day to day field teams briefing and debriefing - Completion of all jobs in line with customer expectations

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that field services teams deliver execution and reporting in line with customer expectations as defined by the brief and regular stakeholder meetings.

Reporting & Communication:

Take full accountability for the recording and reporting of all work completed by nominated field services teams
Maintain open channels of feedback with field services teams in order to improve processes and procedures.

Mentorship & Training:

Identify development areas within nominated field services teams, and identify training interventions to improve execution quality.

Core skills needed:

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
Excels at operating in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
Excellent people manager, open to direction and a collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done.
Strong communication skills (oral and written) across all levels – from Colleagues, to sales teams and store managers.
Thinks out of the box to resolve problems.
Self-motivated and has the ability to motivate others.
Calm and Professional with the ability to work under pressure.
Respond positively to feedback received from both above and below – both negative and positive.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
3 - 5 years relevant experience in a similar role

Preferred:

Manufacturing industry experience
