Job Description Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated New Business Development Representative to join their team, specializing in the sale of commercial and industrial juicing and blending equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the hospitality, food and beverage industry, and a deep understanding of the needs of businesses that utilize commercial juicing and blending equipment, such as juice bars, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, fitness centres, and hotels.
Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients in the food and beverage industry, focusing on businesses that could benefit from commercial juicing and blending equipment.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, managers, and procurement teams.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our commercial juicing and Blending equipment.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales and achieve targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, provide training, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Market Research and Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our equipment.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and technical support, to ensure a seamless sales process.
Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by businesses in the juicing, food, and beverage sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Experience selling commercial kitchen or juicing equipment (preferred).
Knowledge of health and wellness trends, particularly in relation to juicing (preferred).
Familiarity with the technical aspects of juicing equipment, including cold press juicers (preferred).
