Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions. Manage office budgets, supplies, and equipment. Coordinate and support engineering teams with documentation and project management. Ensure compliance with welding procedures, codes, and industry standards. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders effectively. Manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain a safe and productive office environment. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager with a strong background in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of welding procedures and codes, combined with excellent managerial skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Proven experience as an Office Manager in the engineering industry. Strong knowledge of welding procedures and relevant codes. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in office software (MS Office, etc.) and familiar with engineering documentation. Valid drivers license. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
