Key Role Purpose:Our client is looking for a skilled National Rental Administrator to manage vendor documentation, update financial systems, reconcile invoices/payments and liaise with landlords and internal teams.
You'll also ensure accurate invoicing, landlord payments and prepare rental accruals for management reporting.Key Responsibilities:Assist in securing level 1 BBBEE during audits.Ensure clean audit reports and legal compliance.Handle vendor documentation and load new vendor cards on NAV.Perform daily updates and compare vouchers on OT3.Reconcile invoices, payments, and liaise with landlords.Capture invoices/payments and ensure sufficient funds for payments.Resolve landlord queries and prepare monthly rental accruals.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping.2-3 years of experience in a similar role (property management experience is a plus).Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ITS/NAV, and OT3 is a bonus.Personal Competencies:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
