National Recruitment Team Lead

Location: This role can be based at any of our branches in Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town or Port Elizabeth. Required Experience:Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.4+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership role.Proven experience leading a sales team or a recruitment team focused on business development including telesalesProficiency in recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems).Temporary Employment Service experience is beneficial.POPIA compliance knowledge is advantageous.HR and IR knowledge is advantageous. Key Responsibilities:Duties include, but are not limited to:Leading the recruitment team to achieve performance and sales targets.Setting and managing KPIs, with regular performance reviews.Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and collaborating with department heads.Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
