Take accountability of the Fresh Department of 60 stores across South Africa!You must come from a Blue Chip National Retailer, Fresh Foods division.Leadership skills are required to drive the team to increase overall profitability.Experienced in Research and Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and the entire Fresh Foods Production cycle is a MUST.10 to 15 years experience in Operations in the retail sector - 5 years or more as an executive for a Large retailer (Fresh). We are looking for a Bakery Specialist who has proven Operations experience at a Senior Management / Executive level.Business acumen, strategic, driven, and very experienced.Related Degree - MBA will be an advantage.Package & RemunerationR700K to R800K negotiable
