About the role As a Dental Sales Rep, you will be responsible for providing World Class education and training to appropriate HCPs and experts, delivering key clinical messages to ensure Haleon brands are the most recommended within the Dental Practice influencing sphere.You will build sustainable relationships with targeted Healthcare Professionals and their practice staff. Key responsibilities Achieve Detailing objectives each Cycle, in line with Team/Marketing strategy.Achieve Selling objectives each Cycle, in line with set individual targets.Implement comprehensive call planning for each call.Adhere to sales model principles in each call.Complete company reports and records to agreed standards, including Call reports, Field Coaching Reports, Competitor Feedback, etc.Complete all trackers for Samples, POS, etc. weekly and monthly.Manage individual marketing budget for the area per annum.Develop territory business plan to accomplish objectives.Make professional/educational presentations to practice groups and professional bodies.Drive all company objectives identified within the overall Expert strategy.Attend meetings, conferences, and training courses that may entail overnight stays or evening work, including weekends.Territory Management and Coverage may entail overnight stays.Undertake any other duties commensurate with grade as required.Complete all My Learnings and SOP training timely.Achieve agreed pass averages for product/detailing assessments.Identify and forge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers within the Healthcare Profession. Qualifications and skills Required Matric3-year medical/science-related tertiary degree/diplomaRelevant experience in industry (e.g., oral hygienist)Computer literate in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, One Drive, MS Teams. Other Skills/Qualifications Ideally 2 years of successful experience in a Healthcare Sales/Influencing role.Good communicator at all levels to a variety of audiences.Excellent negotiating and sales skills.Good IT skills including electronic detailing and selling.Good administration and organizational skills.Self-disciplined and accountable.Good understanding of policy setting and decision-making processes in the healthcare industry.Strong presentation skills.Sound understanding of physiology and anatomy and application thereof.Strong interpersonal skills.High performer and results-driven.Energetic and dynamic team player.
