We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels inspired, invested, cared for, valued, and have a strong sense of belonging.What You Can ExpectThe Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) is integral to the daily management of any successful sales region.The role is responsible for working alongside the Sales Representatives, Key Account Manager's and Regional Sales Manager to service hospitals and provide technical support to all the stake holders within our customer base.To ensure that the whole experience of using Zimmer Biomet products and services to the complete surgical team is free flowing and without difficulties or problems securing high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.Additionally the CSS will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products attending surgery as necessary to provide real-time support to cases.How You'll Create ImpactGiving Technical Advice in the OR on ZimmerBiomet Recon & TDS productsTo provide all the necessary training in the use of ZimmerBiomet productsSales lead generation within Platinum & Silver customersManage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stockProvides onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiativesFollow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)To adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.To devote adequate time to acquiring the necessary knowledge of ZimmerBiomet and competitive products required for him/her to be effective.Responsible to keep SF.com up to date for his accountsTo undertake other duties such as attendance at sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training etc.
