The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract guests, and drive bookings. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and the ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with both local and international audiences. Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the lodge and increase occupancy rates.Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the lodge's brand identity across all marketing channels.Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and online advertising.Content Creation: Generate engaging content for websites, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials.Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with travel agents, influencers, and industry partners.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Events & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and packages to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.Requirements:Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, within luxury hospitality or related industries.Skills:Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
