Marketing Manager - George, Western Cape An International client in the Insurance sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic remote marketing team, communicate with stakeholders and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and business growth in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing remote marketing team.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and align marketing efforts with strategic goals.
External Engagement: Coordinate with external stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand.
Workflow Management: Prioritise tasks and manage resources for maximum productivity.
Reporting: Present comprehensive reports on marketing activities and ROI.
Budget Control: Monitor and report on marketing budgets.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
3+ years' experience in a senior marketing role.
Proven leadership skills with remote teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing international stakeholders.
Proficiency in marketing workflows and task prioritization.
Ability to develop and present marketing reports.
Technical Skills: MS Office Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio, etc.)
Meta SEMrush HubSpot WordPress Project Management tools (MS Planner, Monday.com, etc.)
MS Teams or Slack Additional Information: Preferred location: George, South Africa or willingness to relocate to George.
Flexibility to work international hours.
