Marketing Manager

An International client in the Insurance sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic remote marketing team, communicate with stakeholders and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and business growth in Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing remote marketing team. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and align marketing efforts with strategic goals. External Engagement: Coordinate with external stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand. Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks and manage resources for maximum productivity. Reporting: Present comprehensive reports on marketing activities and ROI. Budget Control: Monitor and report on marketing budgets. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 3 years experience in a senior marketing role. Proven leadership skills with remote teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing international stakeholders. Proficiency in marketing workflows and task prioritization.
