Canaan College seeks to employ a Marketing and Admissions Co Ordinator that must be a highly driven, confident and efficient person, who will be responsible for assist in creating a strong brand, selling the school to the Umlazi Community & Surrounding areas, converting interest into enrolment, hosting walk in parents and students, managing and attending road shows, activations and open days.
High Level Responsibilities and Duties: Create, Manage and Uphold approved marketing & admissions strategy, outlining marketing channels, in collaboration with the Head Office appointed Marketer.Obtain leads via various Marketing Channels.Convert leads into enrolments.Achieve set targets.Database management of leads.Answers application and enrolment enquiries in a timeous manner.Host prospective students and parents on and off campus.Arrange and Attend all Road Shows, Activations, Open Days and any other events.Photograph events and activities.Create and manage social media and other online platforms.To assist in the administration of the admissions process (including re-registration) for the whole school from initial enquiries to the first day at school, including the completion of the registration process and all other associated paperwork.To keep an accurate and up to date Marketing & Admissions calendar and diary.Submit required Marketing and Enrolment reports.Requirements: Strong administrative background.Strong public speaking skills.Display excellent inter-personal skills.Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Experience in managing social media platformsExperience in D6 (Advantage)Previous school marketing and admissions experience (advantage)Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle.NOTE:
