An International client in the Insurance sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic remote marketing team, communicate with stakeholders and oversee marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and business growth in Australia and New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Manage and develop a high-performing remote marketing team.Stakeholder Management:Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and align marketing efforts with strategic goals.External Engagement:Coordinate with external stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand.Workflow Management:Prioritize tasks and manage resources for maximum productivity.Reporting:Present comprehensive reports on marketing activities and ROI.Budget Control:Monitor and report on marketing budgets.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field.3+ years experience in a senior marketing role.Proven leadership skills with remote teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in managing international stakeholders.Proficiency in marketing workflows and task prioritization.Ability to develop and present marketing reports.Technical Skills:MS OfficeGoogle Suite (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio, etc.)MetaSEMrushHubSpotWordPress
