Seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join a real estate agency based in Edenvale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a flair for design, and a strong organizational mindset to manage administrative tasks effectively. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the agency's growth by leveraging your skills in social media advertising. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.Proficiency in social media advertising platforms and tools.Strong working knowledge of Canva for content creation.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns to promote property listings and agency services.Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, including social media posts, brochures, and promotional content.Maintain and update the agency's social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and engagement.Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and client acquisition.Support the real estate team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
