We are looking to fill a key position at our long-standing client, where you will oversee the Gauteng region, including its manufacturing, sales, and distribution operations.Position Overview:Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring the achievement of the business cluster's sales, financial, and operational goals.Lead strategic planning, set operational goals, and drive the implementation of initiatives to achieve business objectives.Oversee the budgeting process for sales, finance, and operations.Manage daily activities across sales, finance, operations, procurement, and distribution.Provide leadership to meet business targets and objectives.Report on business performance and ensure compliance with all corporate and legislative requirements.Continuously seek ways to improve performance.Minimum Requirements:A completed Business degree is essential.A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, preferably within a medium to large-scale manufacturing and sales environment in the Printing & Packaging.Strong financial acumen and excellent numeracy and literacy skills.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, sales, and distribution dynamics.
