Job Specification Reporting to the Operations Manager Mechanisation, the incumbent would be responsible for planning and organising the workload in the workshop to maximise effective manpower utilisation and cost-effective maintenance to machinery and equipment. Schedules machinery and equipment maintenance. Inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Order spares and components needed for maintenance. Minimum Requirements National Diploma (Sales & Marketing) 4 years related experience Thorough knowledge of mechanised agriculture and related products (New Holland in particular) will strengthen your application Management skills Key performance indicators The GOLD business imperatives displayed below are to be used as key indicators in sourcing competent candidates for this critical role.
