We are currently looking for a Manager: Problem Management
Role Overview: Lead the problem management function by overseeing the identification, analysis, and resolution of recurring issues to minimize impact and drive continuous improvement. Manage and enhance problem management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement problem resolution strategies to address the root causes of recurring issues, collaborating with technical teams to design, test, and deploy effective solutions and prevent future occurrences.
Coordinate with incident management and other IT teams to collect data, analyze issues, and prioritize problem resolutions ensuring a cohesive approach to problem resolution.
Maintain detailed records of problem management activities, including root cause analyses, resolution actions, and lessons learned in order to present regular reports and metrics on problem management performance, trends, and improvements to senior management.
Continuously assess, enhance, and implement problem management processes, tools, methodologies, and frameworks to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices while supporting the team's objectives.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

5-8 Years of experience, with 5 years experience in Problem Management and at least 3 years in a senior role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or Business Management.
Deep understanding of job-related concepts with specialization in some areas

Specific & Business Knowledge Required:

ITIL, Problem Management, Change Management. Root Cause Analysis, System Monitoring, Data Analytical Tools; Strong problem-solving abilities; Data analysis.
Understanding of Business domain, Business strategy and LongTerm Objectives; Proficient experience in the iGaming sector; Customer Experience; Process Improvement; Regulatory Requirements; Market Trends
