Manager - Mfs Third-Party Settlements.Fintech Ceo'S Office

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job: To manage the Mobile Financial Services commercial relationships with all third parties which includes the project management of the ECW/partner daily settlement files through Globalscape into the Money Map vendor reconciliation tool. The manager will be responsible for controlling the end-to-end settlement process, ECW configurations and payments to third parties as well as revenue share agreement adherence and partner invoicing. All these duties are to be executed within budgetary constraints through continuous improvement and the coordination of available resources to best achieve organisational goals.

Minimum Requirements

3 year Degree / Diploma in Financial Management / Accounting / Internal Auditing or related
Database Analytics knowledge
CA Advantageous
Fluent in English and one other official South African language.



Global Experience Standards (5):

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance; with experience in supervising/managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization

Contribute, challenge and identify ways to fine-tune procedures and their application within MFS to align with the overall business strategy
Analyse trends and highlight areas of the business that may be developed further, identifying opportunities and matching these to market opportunities

Participate in the development of the first line operational management strategy to achieve operational efficiencies while being cost effective
Offer input/judgments relevant to own technical expertise and experience
